On Monday, August 27th, Philippos Papadopoulos and Maria Gougoulis met, at KEK of Heraklion, with Cretan producers who are benefiting from the broader Thought for food program. The program concerns the development of a new product of second choice vegetables. The purpose of the meeting was to present a business plan that is a proposal for the establishment of a business that will produce dehydrated vegetable chips in Crete from local products. Present at the meeting was a representative from Bodossakis Foundation.
