Launch of the Cheese Making Seminar of Centre for Agrifood Entrepreneurship of Messinia (CAEM)
1st December 2017

On the 1st of December the Cheese Making seminar started at Tripoli. The trainers had the chance to be educated on hygiene and safety procedures at stable and at cheese making industry. Training was performed by Dr. Evdokia Krystallidou and Dr. Maria Gougouli, respectively. The lectures took place at the farm of Mr. Dimopoulos and the Chamber of Arkadia.
