Dr. Giorgos Papavasiliou and Dr. Maria Gougouli train the members of the Agricultural Livestock Cooperative in Livadi Elassonas within the framework of the Bodοsakis Foundation's ‘Τhought For Food’ program. The cooperative dairy workers were briefed on issues related to the cheese-making process and critical production control points as well as milk microbiology, food hygiene and food safety and quality assurance.
