The last guest speaker of the seminar "Processing and Packaging of Table Olives", Mr Konstantinos Tertivanidis, gave his lecture on Friday, 27 January 2017. His lecture "Quality Assessment of Table Olives" was supported by sensory of a variety of table olives, as well as products that the students had prepared during the seminars, such as Kalamata Table Olives and Olive Paste. Mr Tertivanidis is the leader of the National Taste Panel for Table Olives. The seminars are organised by the Center of Agrofood Entrepreneurship of Messinia in cooperation with the American Farm School and the "Capetan Vasilis Foundation".
