On May 6th at Kalamata, Mr Chatzilias Nikos, responsible for the CAE of the AFS, gave a lecture regarding the "Mechanical Equipment and New Trends in Processing of Table Olives and Olive Oil" during the seminar organised by the KAE of Messinia "Processing of Table olives and Olive Oil". In the framework of the same seminar, Dr Tertivanidis Konstadinos presented the factors which affect the organoleptic characteristics of table olives, as a guest speaker The presentation followed by sensory analysis on table olives.
