On the 3nd of December the Agriculturist - Food Scientist Dr. Maria Gougouli visited the greenhouses with hydroponic lettuce, located in Kalamata. The visit took place within the framework of the "Thought for Food" program. During the third visit, an outline examination of the current situation, as far as the hygiene and safety were concerned, was carried out. Correction actions were proposed, while specific tests for the quality of the water for the production of high quality lettuce were discussed.
