End of the Cheese Making Seminar of Centre for Agrifood Entrepreneurship of Messinia (CAEM)

The first round of cheese-making seminars was successfully finished at the Chamber of Arkadia with lectures on the costing of cheese production and tasting of Greek cheeses and fermented dairy products.
