The important research on dehydrated mussels carried out in the state-of-the-art Perrotis College laboratories, was featured on the O3 show on ET3 network.
Food Science and Technology student Stergios Damourslis explained the reasons that inspired him to approach the mussels in an innovative way and presented the dehydration process. Head of the Department Dr. Tryfon Adamidis, also featured, spoke about the benefits and prospects of dehydrated mussels.
Following the live broadcast, the show host spoke with the Academic Dean of Undergraduate Programs Dr. Konstantinos Rotsios, who presented the research activities and academic programs of Perrotis College.
